Barry Shaich has worked over 25 years in the wellness and beauty industry and has founded multiple and successful companies that he later sold at a significant profit. In 1991, Barry first began his career as a Regional Manager for the KMS Corporation, where he quickly learned the tools to ensure a higher volume of sales at his department. After 4 years in this position and after working 3 years as the Director for Graham Webb’s Western Division, Barry was later recruited by Revlon to serve as the Vice President of Sales for American Crew and Mop Brands. He excelled at his role and was crucial in ensuring the successful launch of the firm’s modern organic products brand. His other responsibilities at the time included managing the global sales of both the Modern Organic Products brand and the American Crew product line.

Six months after leaving his position at Revlon, Barry decided to start his own boutique men’s line, Woody’s Quality Grooming. Barry utilized his accumulated knowledge and experience to manage and grow the brand relatively swiftly. Over the course of 6 years, the business soon attracted the interest of major corporations and the company was later sold to American International Industries for an undisclosed sum.

With a strong eye for entrepreneurship and a stellar business background, Barry is now the Founder and CEO of Egg Beauty Labs; a beauty brand incubator and social sales accelerator.
